Session 3 – Your Action Plan For Success

In this Session You'll learn: 

  • How to come up with an action plan to overcome procrastination.
    - choose the right strategy-
    - start taking action
    - think of who will hold you accountable for that action plan
  • Working with your inner critic by quieting the Inner Critic
    - Notice that it is your inner critic talking
    - Acknowledge that that inner critic is just trying to keep you safe
    - Write it down so would be able to confirm if what your inner critic is telling you is the truth
    - Take Action base on what you have written
  • Daily habit to stay on track
